I've been using these storages for years.. had a issue with a late payment an Patrick answered all my questions and helped me get my late charges removed!!! Very happy with these storages they have been so helpful!!!!

I had an issue with the billing notice I received for my unit. I have been with this company for a long time and was very concerned about the notice I received that my bill was being raised yet again and which for myself being on a fixed income was a lot for me. I called and left a message and my call was returned promptly by Tim. Tim was very understanding with my issue and was able to help me get my rate reduced. Tim was very respectful and kind. Public Storage, Tim is an asset to your company.

Tim was super helpful and informative while my boyfriend and i were looking to get a storage unit! he showed us the size of the one we wanted, got us set up and on the way and made it so quick and easy while also giving up plenty of information! not to mention it’s super clean! i definitely recommend this place if you’re in need of a storage unit and want good customer service!

I've been trying to leave a review,to let you know how helpful and happy of the assistance your employee Tim,from 7828 W Washington . I had received a message that my storage was raising and he was able to keep my storage fee down, for another 3 months to my original, that I was quoted and had been paying. You are fortunate to have an employee,that works and cares ,for your customers, as he does. Because in this day and age, theres so many that work for employers,that don't take their jobs seriously and only care about getting a pay check. Your fortunate to have an employee,that cares for your customers. I'm fortunate to have found a business, that this employee cares for your customers. I will continue to be a customer of yours as long as I need your facility. Thank You again for your outstanding employee,customer standings.

I just wanted to say I had Kylie reach out to me about my storage unit door being off track and she assisted me with everything that I needed and help me and she was very sweet and helpful she Gave great customer service.
