“This is probably the nicest hotel I've had the pleasure of being a guest at. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The industrial-modern architecture and design are very appealing. From what used to be an old Coca-Cola bottling factory to what it is now is truly amazing to see. The coffee shop is great. The restaurant is truly amazing as well. We ordered 10 different menu items to my pure delight. I was happy dancing and singing songs to the food!Nearby activities: There's a good food court building across the street called The Garage.The bowling alley across the street is so much fun! It's mini pins. Great bar as well.There are several walking distance restaurants nearby.Walkability: We walked to a German restaurant one night.There are several bars and shops and restaurants within walking distance.”

“The service at the Indy Downtown Marriott is amongst the best I’ve seen. Derek at the front desk and Javier one of the managers are spectacular! I’m a business traveller and loved the service.Noteworthy details: Great for business travelers!”

“We stopped in for an art event today and the manager walked us through the history of Hotel Broad Ripple and showed one of the charming rooms. It's a beautiful, welcoming but comfortable boutique-style hotel space in the heart of Broad Ripple with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. It's a gem in the neighborhood, as there aren't any other hotels in the exact Broad Ripple area. Locals, don't count it out! Their bar (wine and beer only) is open to the public, so make sure to stop in and enjoy the lobby and adorable outdoor space on weekends from 5 until 10 PM. They often have live music on the front lawn!”

“Nicely decorated for Christmas. Self check in is nice for late arrivalS. Rooms include a private bath. Beautiful porch to sip your coffee in the mornings. 3rd time return guests and will be back.Nearby activities: Mass Ave is a great area to explore. Coffee shops, Restaurants, Bars, Live Music, Boutiques. Chatterbox Jazz Club has to be on your checklist . Along with St Joseph's Brewery.Walkability: Easy walking access, felt safe the entire time day or night, quiet neighborhood just a block away from Mass Ave.”

“Very clean and nice rooms, kind staff, great shower, and very welcome to dogs of all sizes! I couldn't find any other motel that would allow a dog over 80lbs and when your dog is incredibly well behaved but a whopping 130lbs, Motel 6 in Southport is the perfect option. The king size bed was perfect for me, my partner, and my "king sized" dog.Rooms: Very nice rooms, well cared for and welcoming. A perfect place to sleep when your bed at home isn't available.”

“Omg! This hotel has it all. I can't say enough about the cleanliness, the atmosphere, and the service. The shower is a glass shower with the best shampoo and conditioner. As well as body soap which are pump bottles on the wall and nice wash clothes. Towels were soft and big. Good hair dryer. Large lit up bathroom mirror. Big screen TV with lots of channels. Fast wifi with a very comfortable office chair and desk. Nice room chair with over the lap table. Nice reading lights on both sides of the bed. Safe inside the room. Pillows were big and fluffy. Fresh water available at the ice machines to refill the complimentary water bottles. The coffee in the room was very good. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were soft and fresh. The bar has big screen tvs and the bartender was a lot of fun. Overall great hotel. In my opinion hidden gem. We didn't expect it to be so nice for the price.Food & drinks: Drinks were not skimpy and reasonably priced.Noteworthy details: Front desk was very friendly, and the hotel is clean, clean, clean. We had a great time in the restaurant and the bartender was a lot of fun and made us feel very comfortable.”

“Awesome hotel and location The hotel was clean and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were on the smaller side, but very quiet hotel and it felt like the walls were insulated, as you didn't hear much noise at all! The beds were great and the bathroom was clean and modern. Also note, this location is close to everything, especially some great steakhouses! I parked across the street and had no issues with parking. Overall, based on quiet, clean room, and fantastic staff, I'd stay here again!”

“I stayed here for 3 days. It was a solo getaway. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with plenty of seating & a fireplace. There is a coffee station in lobby for coffee & tea that was served all day. The employees are friendly & the hotel is very clean. My room was nice with a seating area and a coffee area with a microwave. The room was nice & clean & my bed was very comfortable. They clean the rooms on & odd/even day; so just ask for towels. There is also plenty of parking & nearby restaurant & shopping. The hotel is safe with key room only entrance. I would stay again”

“I just stayed at the Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI when we were in Indianapolis for work, hosting our conference for Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us, close to where we were hosting the Testicular Cancer Conference, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Indianapolis!”

“This B&B was perfect for us. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. It was worth every dime we spent. The staff was excellent. The treatmentGiven to you~ 5stars. Our innkeeper was thoughtful, friendly, kind, and informative of the area. We felt like we were visiting a friends home!! Everything was very clean, the home & rooms smelled nice.The breakfast offered was nice too.The only downside. Hard to locate the parking area. But once found easy to get to.We will definitely be returning and do recommend it for anyone!Rooms: Our room was wonderful. Plenty of space, very clean, plenty of plush pillows and a wonderfully comfortable bed. You felt safe, it was quiet, and loved the historic abeyance.Nearby activities: A hidden gem, The Benjamin Harrison Presidential house, only a 5 minute walk, a wonderful full tour of home, staff was amazing and extremely friendly & helpful. With in a 15 to 20 minute drive to any number of amazing locations. Circle square, museums, art galleries, Eateries, quaint shops, and so much more.Also, the Indianapolis Zoo is amazing.Safety: Felt very safe”

“This is such a unique place. If you're looking q place that makes you think of The Shining this is the place. Lol. It really is in a good creepy way. It's centrally located so it was amazing. But please know if you have any kind of physical disability then this is not the place for you. The elevator wasn't working so we had to take the manual elevator. So thst means if no one is there to operate it you have to clime the stairs to your room. Yeah...that isn't good. But would I stay here again? Absolutely!! We all still had an amazing time.”

“The only reason I lowered the rating of the room itself is the toaster oven and the water temperature, read more to understand.My husband's job requires us to spend 300+ nights a year in any given local hotel. This was a good stop for us because it is local to his job's home office that provided us enough room to spread out when he's not working. The kitchenette was perfect for the good "housewife" with its full-size refrigerator with freezer and a countertop 2 burner stove. The room also had a toaster over, but the cleanliness of the toaster over was very questionable, so I cleaned it several times and still it was extremely disgusting; the pan could stand to be replaced honestly. But a simple purchase of aluminum foil to cover the baking pan made the toaster oven usable. The only other "complaint" I have is that the water in both the guest bathroom sink and kitchenette has 2 temperature settings in the winter: either 3rd degree burns for hot or hypothermia for cold (or so it seems). There is no in-between. The shower water diverter was fine, just the 2 sinks. Cleanliness overall was fantastic (other than the toaster oven)! The staff was very helpful and they provide an on-site washer and dryer for personal laundering of clothing and it is relatively close to several shopping and food options at this location. I would recommend this location, just check the toaster oven pan...I'm glad I did before I turned it on.”

“This hotel is pet friendly and doesn't charge for you to have your loving pet with you on your trips. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they have low prices for there rooms to. I enjoy being at this hotel, for having to be in a hotel right now this hotel is one of the best in Indianapolis and I should know, I'm still presently staying at this hotel.Rooms: The rooms are exceptionally clean, fresh bed clothes and towels. Their parking lot is easy to access and plenty of parking spaces.Nearby activities: There is plenty of places nearby to go to. The zoo is not far, shopping is close, within a short driving distance, and plenty of restaurants to choose fromSafety: They have 24 hours security on hand, I've never had any issues the whole time I've been here and been here for 2 months.Walkability: There is plenty of truck stops and restaurants within walking distance.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. And truck centers that have excellent snacks, drinks, and food to choose fromNoteworthy details: The staff and gentlemen who run this hotel are very friendly and helpful. “Customer service was exactly the welcoming mentality I’ve come to enjoy while staying at choice hotels . Definitely didn’t let me down. Room was clean and comfortable a little dated but over all exceptional I would no doubt say your best bang for your buck.Food & drinks: Breakfast was on point”

“Alright where to start. We visited this establishment a year ago, beautiful visit review on google. So here we are 2023 and a new review. In my integrity, I must be honest. 1. yes I still five star the Indianapolis Marriott East because there are still very good quality in this establishment. One being that the staff are extremely professional, friendly, assistive and courteous. 2. The parking lot, smoke area and entrance to lobby is well kept (Please don't complain about the debris that makes it into the lobby for it walks in with us). 3. Even though many complaints about the slowness of the elevator just keep in mind a fast elevator could become a problem the faster the elevator could burn a cord and you're stuck or will drop. So I see nothing wrong with slow movement of the elevator. 4. Alright I admit the rooms needs some work just like any dwelling over years of usage but if you the guest would inquire you would learn that the Indianapolis Marriott East is going soon under remodeling, trust you me the staff and management are aware of the issues that the establishment is going through. As a reviewer I do read others review but I don't solely base my choosing on others negative reviews those are the reviews that may bring me to checkout those establishments out myself because some complaints are truly isolated that only happens with the writer, I do believe with integrity as a reviewer we should be honest on an isolated situation and not ruin a business because of one or two that presents unprofessional behavior giving the establishment a chance to rectify and handle the employee/employees . But overall if the establishment still have good services and professionalism with other employees that should not be ruined. Now I will say that this morning we were startled by a extremely loud fire alarm sound and being the woman I am in my pj's and all I went to the desk to understand why? And learned that the Hotel was not the cause of the trigger it was the carelessness of Grunau Service Company so I do not hold indianapolis Marriott East. As an ex Loss Prevention Officer for Marriott properties the Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel these incidents can happen do to the error of the companies hired to service any Hotels. So I don't hold Indianapolis Marriott East for today's scare. I am grateful for the excellent services we received from- Shahzad, Kolbi, Nate, Faith, Angel, Stacey, Mary Ritzer and Ed S the Gm. Their are many I wished I could have seen from last visit Diane, Jeff and many others whose names are on google review. Overall yes as a reviewer I still would return back to the Indianapolis Marriott East. And I still give this beautiful establishment a triple AAA+++.”
