“Wonderful experience besides the initial check in. They put us in a room that hasn't been cleaned. We immediately went back to the front desk to report the issue. It was just a minor inconvenience. They put us in a room that was known to be serviced and cleaned. The rest of the stay was immensely pleasant.”

“There are so many words I can use to describe how charming and wonderful this place is! My fiancé and I tried this place on a whim and I'm so glad we did. We stayed for one night in their Carriage House. We came in around 7:30 PM and were greeted by Laura, the Inn keeper who was warm and inviting like she was a close friend. She gave us a small tour of the common areas, where breakfast was serviced, and walked us to where we would be staying. The Carriage House is a quiant little loft separate from the Inn. It's a perfect home away from home even with a small kitchen and washer and dryer! Super clean and comfortable living and sleeping areas. We had one of the best nights rest here than all of our other hotel stays over the past 2 weeks. The next morning, we walked down to the dining area where Laura had prepared a wonderful breakfast for everyone staying at the Inn. She even offered to make some fresh waffles for us! I would stay here for a week over any hotel for weekend while visiting the local area.”

“All good with minor exceptions: no place to hang wet towels in bathroom. Breakfast fine, but the providing seating was inadequate for the number of people using the facility -- more set up for an evening cocktail perhaps than for breakfast. But otherwise excellent.”
“Stayed here to attend an event at the old national Center. Location is certainly its key feature. Room itself was a king room which was certainly fine but not worth $580. The other thing notable is if you have any Mobility issues is the rooms are very very far apart. The facilities are fresh and still relatively new which makes them appealing, but the luxury seems superficial and potentially fleeting.”
“Staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. Convenient covered sky bridge to the parking garage was nice with the bad weather. The pool was very cold and their hot tub has been turned into a planter, which was disappointing.”

“Only minutes from downtown Indy definitely will stay here again! Fully equipped with a kitchenette and all utensils , dishes, pots, pans. Your own living room , bedroom, and bathroom. Very clean and the bed and bedding were super super comfortable! Parking onsite. Saved money by ubering to downtown only $10 uber ride. Super convenient and clean and comfortable!”

“Haven't been here in a few years until I heard they were remodeling this place. Decided to see it and I was able to get a new room. It will be perfect when it's finished. They did put apology signs up throughout the hotel for the dust. Also I am sure the rooms are at a temporary discount while the building is still being renovated. I am happy completely different from my last experience here.”

“I came here for quiet time. I had a very easy professional virtual check in with Andrew. The Room was clean and cozy. There are lots of restaurants near by if you’re hungry. They don’t have breakfast but serve coffee tea in the morning also have vending machines. I think it would be great if they left coffee and tea for extended hours, Laundry room is on the third floor. The ac works perfectly I was able to feel comfortable and block out any outside noise— for a motel I would definitely book again :) the front desk agent is also very helpful they gave me extra blankets towels a free soda also made me fresh coffee upon my arrival. My only con was the smell of pot around the hallway they offer to move me to another floor very accommodating :)”

“So I’m talking to a computer. And a guy from overseas named Max is the one that is giving me service. This was absolutely stunning. It was absolutely amazing. He was able to help me check in fast. Great conversation and gave me another key when I left my original one in the room. I am amazed shout out the max.”
“Very solid option in the downtown area. Great location with many walkable restaurants and sights to visit. Valet was great and timely, except one day we were allowed to call ahead for our car and the another day we were not. The rooms itself was clean and nice, but you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway, more than any other Westin I have stayed at. Other amenities like the Club and gym were awesome. Overall I would recommend.”
“I stayed at this hotel for almost three months now and it’s been a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I like their text service allowing me to communicate with staff on my phone. I especially like the digital check-in feature allowing me to choose my room and use a digital keycard instead of a physical one. Not to mention the hotel being in the middle of a large area of shopping and restaurants made it easy to get anything I wanted. I’m very glad my employer chose this hotel for my extended stay in Indianapolis.”

“The room had great character and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The food at FIRE was mouthwatering and definitely a highlight. The city views are beautiful, though the noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Only downside was the toilet paper—it felt surprisingly cheap compared to the rest of the experience.”

“Great location for a pre-flight overnight. The hotel is newer. The furnishings are modern and clean. But most of all the staff are friendly and efficient. We arrived on a snowy night and both the front desk and restaurant staff,who were understaffed, worked calmly and quickly. Bravo!”
“We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is some of the sweetest, welcoming people we have ever encountered at a hotel. The breakfast is vast and offers warm and cold options. The room was large and included a full kitchenette (microwave, stove, large fridge, dishes, utensils). The entire hotel was clean and well kept. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The team at the front desk all deserve a raise, because they were all so kind and easy to talk to. They gave us recommendations on where to park, which entrance to use, where to get food. You have awesome people there!”

Neither big deals at my micro level to speak up but big enough at macro lol since in Terms the if missed would result in additional points so sharing as management opportunity for follow up. Otherwise service is always 5 stars here”

“While this place is old, that is it's charm. Super old school building. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. If you're looking for something modern this is not for you. However if you want something with a vibe this place is perfect. Bowling alley is on floor above so if you go to sleep early this might not be the spot. Didn't bother us at all though. Location is great with food and drinks plentiful in walking distance.”

“Second time staying here and the rooms and staff has been great each time. Love the digital keys Hampton Inns have, check in on my phone and pick my own room... Super nice and convenient. Good location, lots to eat near by. I didn't do any of the extras at the hotel, more of an in and out stay but it was pleasant. I skip the extra cost in the breakfast, wish they had an included continental so I could grab some fruit for the road.”
“Staff was lovely, room was great, wonderful location for fever games. Recommend the Yard house for food and drinks after the game. Also St Elmo’s Nextdoor for their shrimp cocktail.”

I been coming to this Hotel for months now and all the staff is always attentive and friendly, The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome. They were quick to accommodate my early check-in request and took the time to explain all the amenities available during my stay.
Love this Hotel, my go-to place in Indy.

“One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Great stay with friendly service. The beds were comfortable, hot water was good, and it had all the Hampton Inn amenities. Breakfast was the traditional Hampton spread and is shared with the Homewood Suites.
Hilton Honors members get member rates for both Homewood and Hampton. I chose Hampton for the lower price and higher bonus points.
I was pleasantly surprised. The room was great, the hotel was clean, and I loved how the historic church was incorporated into the property. The location is excellent too. I even walked down to Kroger to grab some snacks.
For service, rooms, atmosphere, and overall quality, this is a solid 5 stars. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Room is reasonably priced. The elevator makes a really scary noise going to the 3rd floor. We arrived to the stairway smelling like a campfire. There is a pool at a hot tub. Contential breakfast is standard: eggs, waffles biscuits gravy, sausage links. Room itself was expected.”
