Todd at stop 11 location was awesome !! Amanda in there is not so friendly at all to her customers. Extremely rude and mean says some uncalled for statements to us.

Rented for the first time at Extra Space Storage and things went great. Signed up for my unit online and got a great price. I made a mistake on gate hours vs office hours and called the office to fix it. Tammy answered right away and adjusted my price since I didn’t need 24/7 access.
