My niece lived here and was assaulted several times. The place was the worst dump in the city.

I’m currently a tenant and the property management is very rude, not helpful. The property is always nasty full of trash. The appliances are horrible and the water is very hard. I wouldn’t advise anybody to move over here. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my shower handle to be properly fixed

Looks like construction at the property is complete and the updated units look really nice. New management looks like they know what they're doing.
