“After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!!Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well.Highly recommended.”

When he evaluated it, he called me with his assessment and was super transparent about what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. Fix was quick and the bill was exactly what he told me it would be, no hidden charges. Car is working great now!”
“Doug’s towing is absolutely wonderful!! Not only is he the most affordable towing in Indianapolis but he also was available the minute I called and arrived at the exact time he said! I mistakenly had the wrong address of the location of my car and Doug drove 30 minutes to get there. Then Doug drove an extra 30 minutes to the correct location to get my car with 0 hesitation! I felt terrible but he didn’t charge anything extra for my mistake and he was extremely nice about everything! I’m super thankful and appreciative for the extra time it took.
