1 hour late got billed an extra day. I called never received a call back. Sad, back in the day, they were a great company that seemed to care.

They saved me when the ex had a mental break down and kicked me out with no notice. I had to move ASAP. There was no moving trucks in indianapolis and this place somehow came through in the clutch.

Doors are locked at 12 noon with no sign indicating when they'll return. It's kind of a nuisance driving through this construction for nothing.
