We were referred to Aim Transportation by a family friend. Tracy Kilgore was the mechanic that was able to get to the root cause of the problems and correct them. Not only was he very informative about preventative maintenance as well as he took time to explain what can cause this problem and what needed to be addressed to correct it. I recommend Aims Transportation Solutions in Indianapolis, Indiana to take your Truck whenever you need to have work done. They're honest, reasonably priced and they don't do a bunch of unnecessary work. Very pleased, this will be the only place our Truck goes to have work done. ?”

“We rented a U-Haul from another location in Indy and they didn't have anything we actually requested in our reservation. I called almost six locations before this one. When I called, an actual person answered the phone (amazing!) and she was extremely helpful locating furniture blankets for one-way moves (recommended two different locations) and told us exactly what locks and moving boxes she had in stock. When I arrived the store was clean, she was friendly, and it was an easy in and out experience in the midst of the move. Absolutely would recommend this over any other U-Haul location in Indy.”

“The check-in process within the store was a little time consuming as there were many renters in line that had not yet made reservations. It was aggravating to have to wait behind them in line when I already had a reservation. I was not completely comfortable with the "online" self check-in as I know that someone from U-Haul has to come out and verify connection with operable brake lights and turn signals. The trailer was brand new. It had improved connection components and it only took 5 minutes to connect it to my trailer and I was on my way. Return was easy as well, I was able to remove it myself and leave it for check-in the next day.”

“Owen did a great job installing a trailer hitch on our vehicle. We took our vehicle to the Castleton location first (just because it was closest to us), but they refused to install the hitch because they said the bolt holes were rusted. My dad looked himself, and spent at most 20 minutes with a wire brush and WD-40 and the holes worked fine (clearly the Castleton location was just too lazy to do the work themselves). We let Owen know we had cleaned the bolt holes and he shouldn't have any trouble, and he thanked us and told us he would have done that anyway. We could tell he did his homework, as he updated our online order with parts that would work best for our vehicle, which actually ended up saving us money in the end! We really appreciated his hard work!”

“I was mislead to believe that if I put $115 deposit down that once I returned the truck that I would be reimbursed $50 of the $ back. That was incorrect. I put down $113 got charged $120 w/o a refund of any kind. I was misinformed, and disappointed by the misfortune.”

“The rental process was actually pretty quick. Smartphone is required to digitally sign the paperwork. They also let you upload pictures of any previous damage, and mileage. The rental of a storage shed was kinda rushed, and access card usage was not explained very well. Prices seemed inline with the rest of the competition too.”
