“I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the AIM family.
We had a very large show in Indianapolis this last week.
We had many challenges to overcome for this show. The first was.
A loading dock that we could not get a 53’ trailer into.
Lucky for us AIM has a location just 2 miles south of downtown.
We were able to get a box truck form the rental department and make this all happen.
The next challenge was one of our sub venders needed to park a box truck for the show run.
Again, the Indy crew helped us out and we were given a place to park this truck.
The hits just kept coming at us as we had a repair that was needed on unit # 115119.
The staff got my driver in and out in record time. As we started to load the show out.
Again, I needed room to cross load the gear into a trailer. Not a problem as the staff
again, made sure we had room to make this happen. In all this running around my rental car had a low tire.
AIM staff to my recuse again. Putting air in my tire so I was good to go.
I am so happy and impressed with the Aim family. I was not known to this location.
I am just some Guy asking for help and favors. Every time I asked for help the Indy staff stepped up.
I am proud to say that Aim National Lease is our partner.

“Was a seamless rental with Elizabeth & her knowledge of the business. We were going to rent a small trailer but could not get one of the lights to work due to issues with our truck trailer wiring & she felt so bad we could not complete the rental but before pulling away, decided to rent a truck & so glad we did as we could not have completed out move of the big items without a ramp. I would recommend this UHaul location.”
“Such amazing customer service, I called needing a last minute truck to get my things from another state & had limited funds. I called and spoke with AJ and explained the situation and he looked at different options and found one that worked with my budget with unlimited mileage. They had a truck ready for me in under 30 minutes after calling. Was able to leave my vehicle overnight and felt comfortable in doing so. Jaime was working when I dropped off the truck and he made the drop off very smooth. The truck I was driving had cruise control which made it very good on gas mileage and a back up camera on the rear view mirror which made backing up easier. Overall the best experience I’ve had with a rental truck company.

“Went to get my get my driverside fixed. They were super nice, helpful and very welcoming. Sometimes you go in for a repair and you get the feeling your bothering them, not this place at all! The older gentleman that helped with repair was very pleasant and engaging, they had me out in less than 30mins. I'll drive a little longer to come here for sure! Also, super close to 70 as well.”
“It was a very busy Saturday and there were hardly any trucks available at any location. I finally found one here, but I missed my reservation and someone else got my truck. The manager, William B., was very accommodating and offered to call me if a truck became available. Within 2 hours he called me and told me he had a truck for me. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I will use this location from now on.”

“I was sent to this shop by Star Leasing for an air sensor issue. Upon my arrival, 4 mechanics diagnosed, discussed and conferred to find the issue in very short order. They ordered the part, got it next day and completed the repair in very short order. VERY impressed with this team!”

“Remote location for the most part. I would have preferred a sign be on the outside door so that we would not have had to go up the elevator to the office when ww didn't need to. However, the office manager was really personable and the rental went smoothly. They have plenty of size options and our truck was clean.”

“I made my reservation through thy downtown location in Illinois, but they shifted me over to the Belmont location because the truck was large enough that they didn't have one. I ordered mattress covers and furniture pads and neither were in the truck, so I called and the lady at the Illinois street said to come over and they'd get me what I ordered. It was close enough and did the job. She didn't have to do that, but it was much appreciated.”
