The staff have been super kind and they are the reason I come back to this store. There was a problem with the printer, and they went the extra mile to be sure that I was comfortable that their package was gonna ship and that I had all the necessary paperwork.
My only request is that the carpet be cleaned and vacuumed more regularly and that is the reason for four stars instead of five

These guys charge 3$ to print a single page prepaid label. Not sure if it’s a UPS policy or just this store, but it’s pathetic customer service. FedEx never charges to print prepaid labels. Stay away from this store. They have zero regards for customers.

Literally the rudest workers I have ever met. We made a notary appointment online, even received the confirmation email this morning. Got there, and they didn’t have a notary. They proceeded to tell me I should have called, and confirmed and that they know the website lets you make appointments for when they don’t have a notary on staff. They then proceeded to say they didn’t have a voicemail from me??? Wasted an hour of my day to come here and now I can’t get my stuff notarized and am in a bind.

Worst customer service experience ever. We went there to ship 2 forty pound boxes for work. Staff could not have been less helpful. Upshot: we left to go to Fed Ex approximately at 4:40 pm after waiting at least 15 minutes to ship our packages.
We received no help which we clearly needed. We repeatedly lost our place in line. We took our packages and went across the street to Fed Ex in frustration. We were able to arrange for shipping in under 5 minutes and the transaction went perfectly.
We work in customer service. We never would allow a customer to walk out the door. We never would allow a customer to feel confused or that their needs were not met.
I train and do mystery shops for my company.
If I could give zero stars I would.

I worked with Dee, the manger of the store, and he was AMAZING! I will be going back just to work with him. His customer service was impecable and I felt very well taken care of. I hope people like him continue to be successful and move up on this company.

I went to this store last Thursday May 15th & I paid $96 for important documents to be delivered to New York from Indy next day which was yesterday May 16th. And guess what , the package was delayed and not delivered until Monday 19th!!
So can UPS explain why then I paid that Amount of money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
