I just had the most wonderful experience at this location (East Washington St, Indianapolis, IN)! Dee had a line of 6-15 people the entire time I was there and he was calm and friendly to every customer and gave each person the time and attention they deserved. While waiting for something to print for one customer, he triaged other customers at a second computer. UPS needs to hire more employees like Dee!! He deserves recognition from his area/market leaders!!

I have come to this location many times. The manager will regularly close the store before the hours that are posted on the door & Google. She is also very unpleasant to work with and it definitely shows that she hates her job. I’ve never had any problems with the other workers. She has short black curly hair.

Horrible customer service. They sent numerous people away. Neither employee could ship out of country told customer they had to come back in two days. They don’t pack and ship even though it says they do. They were turning away numerous Amazon customers. Horrible new management has caused this is what employees said. So beware NO PACK AND SHIP AVAILABLE!! NO PACKING SUPPLIES AVAILABLE, Find a different way to send back your Amazon returns. ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE CAN ACCEPT PACKAGES GOING OUT OF COUNTRY!! Rude, and hateful

A very positive experience. I went in needing help with my return item. Kyle helped me. Not only did he help me, but he was helping everyone get what they needed. Yes you could say it is his job. However, he presented a positive image for UPS Store. I believed the Kyle genuinely wanted to help.

Line to the door during a busy season, but they had multiple stations open to handle customers. Dee was very kind to the older woman ahead of me, and he was smiling and personable the whole time despite the busy atmosphere.

I scheduled appointment for notary with UPS at this location. I show up at scheduled time, no notary available. Terrible business.

What a joke this location has only 2 registers 2 employees One register breakdown now they only have the one and they are super busy. The store looks messy and dirty all the time. Need to clean the store hire more people and fix the registers.Go to the Shadeland and 10th Street location super clean and they have more employees and more than 2 registers. Have a good day ☺️

BLUF > if you want a mailbox do yourself a favor and get one at another location.Some observations:- Management is not present.- Store 3053 does not answer emails or pickup the phone.- Did not get mailbox key for 3 weeks because simple lock needed to be changed by manager.- You pay for after-hours access, but the lock code has not worked for the past 6 weeks. Employees told about it repeatedly and did nothing.-

The smell alone gives this place zero stars! There is a horrible stitch in this store its a very dirty store. The staff was ok but everything else is horrible!

I had to drop off a return at UPS, which is the only reason I came to this store. We got there at 9:02am on a Saturday, because the website said it was open at 9am. It was not open. Eventually, a young man came and opened the store and we all shuffled in. There was another young man in the store counting a cash drawer, so when we got to the register to drop off our stuff, we were told we had to wait for him to finish counting the drawer (we had another package to ship out, so we decided to do them both at UPS instead of driving up to the post office). I felt like there was zero concern about whether customers were being assisted.

I have been to this UPS store 2 times in the last week. Both times, the line was out the door. Today, I went to send a FAX. Waited 15 minutes for them to tell me the FAX machine was down. I think they were just telling me that because they did not want to sent the fax. I won't be going back to that location.

Only giving a 3 star because Jatavia was great and helpful. The other 3 employees were standing around doing nothing with an extremely long line. I understand a computer was down but at least let everyone know and help Jatavia box things up instead of her being the only person actually working.

I am so disappointed in the service I received. I came on 1/20 about a packed that I received an email saying it arrived 1/19 and I had until 1/20 to pick it up. The person who "helped" me couldn't be bothered with me and continued counting the drawer and didn't even look at me to hear my legit concern and confusion about an expensive package. They told me "it got returned" and they went on to the next thing before I could respond. After checking the email, I got back in line to get some clarity. I was told I could look up the tracking number. I asked if they could look it up with the number in the email. I wasn't loud. I wasn't rude. At that point, I asked for the manager's info, they handed me a card with no name on it and said they were the manager and I could talk to them. When I asked for the district manager's info, they said "nah I'm not going to give you that." Only when I turned on my camera did they give me a number. I still am shocked at the lack of customer service and flat out rudeness of this employee. It's customer service 101 to stop what you are doing and actually look at a customer when you are engaging with them. I will drive further to have my UPS packages delivered to another location. I'm trying to find the "never deliver to this location" option on the UPS site.
