I went into this store today Castleton January 5th to drop off a package to return to Amazon I encountered an individual by the name of Vlad v l a d and another young white male the lad was not customer service friendly he did not greet me as a UPS store technician should he looked at my box and said it's damaged and my box was not damaged I asked for a piece of tape so I can wrap my package up Vlad then wanted to charge me $6 for a piece of tape so I went back to the other gentleman and said can I just get a piece of tape to close up my package he said ma'am you will have to buy a piece of a piece of tape for $6 and $12 for a box needless to say I walked out of the store as I begin to call them racist and lazy and there is no way that anybody in their right mind would pay for such service and items how rude and how ludicrous Vlad needs to be fired from his job based off of my experience today and off of the other experiences I have read in these reviews what a shame that this is a mark a bad Mark for UPS I'd hurry up and change this quickly

Came in the store with a difficult item to carry and to package. Although I did have to go and buy my own packaging, the man that worked there was extremely helpful and packaged it for me. Even came out to the car and helped me carry it in! I am so sorry I don’t remember his name…thank you sir for your help. It was so appreciated!

Well, let's start with the positive. This shop is open at 10 am Sunday morning and counter person, Vlad, was competent. Unfortunately, the gentleman is either more than mildly autistic or deeply resents Amazon returns. For clarity, I come emphatically prepared. Everything is taped, labeled, sealed, and bundled. As waves of irritation flowed, I assumed I'd misinterpreted the hostility. I asked if he was alright, or if I'd done something. Vlad stared at me for 6 seconds of awkward eye contact and then pretended he hadn't heard the question. I had an item that had to be labeled and he positively GLOATED as he informed me it had to have a printed label. When I pointed to it (again, prepared and taped to the box, ready for pickup), he was EXTREMELY frustrated.I sincerely hope this guy never becomes a nurse, police officer, flight attendant, teacher, or any role with control over others... his response to Amazon returns is unhinged.
