Made a notary appointment ahead of time and received a confirmation, but when I arrived the notary was not there. The person at the counter didn’t have any good options other than come back and they should be in “later”. I’m not chancing that.

The service received from Brandon is the reason for this rating. He was an absolute gem. I had 6 boxes of books to ship. He was there to open the door for us, helped me re-tape the boxes, and helped me find the cheapest shipping solution to get the packages to their destination on time.

This store is well run by kind people who truly care about treating people well. They are patient as I fumble through what I need and always helpful in getting everything taken care of. I never hesitate to come by for my Amazon returns or to ship packages. So thankful they are nearby.

On our way to the airport we dropped off a bunch of invitations for an event but as we were handing them to The UPS Store employee (Aaron), we realized we had forgotten to put on return address labels. Because we were on our way to the airport, we didn't have time to do it. He took care of it and got it done for us with a smile. Nothing but good things to say.
