What a disorganized mess. Got a notification that my package was delivered here. Without even looking he says the back of beer tomorrow. I told him I have a notification that it was delivered and the notification has the name of the employee who works there on it. And he still can't find it. Employee looked at least in six different piles, I'm not for sure how they could find anything...

I visited this location today to return some Amazon items and obtain a one-page black and white printout. To my surprise, I was charged $2.41 for the printout, which included a $2.00 computer usage fee, $0.14 tax, $0.25 for the 8.5x11 white pager, plus an additional .02 tax.This is highly unreasonable, because this alleged “computer fee” covers sending an email to the UPS email account for them to print. I inquired about their prices and found none displayed in the store. Not one single service price was posted. (Red flag & illegal) When I asked for their pricing policy, the customer service agent couldn't provide one. The agent called the general manager, and I spoke to her, who reiterated this policy and explained that it's a UPS corporate policy not to post prices; not accurate!Considering this situation, I plan to escalate and, additionally, file a formal complaint with the attorney general's office and BBB regarding franchise owner Joseph Polo deceptive printing practices. It's frustrating when consumer services lack transparency and clear pricing guidelines. Not to mention price gouging their customers.I would not recommend going to this location or the 75th location, as I understand Joseph Polo also owns that location!

I'm going to give the UPS five stars because of Zachariah, the manager top notch, courteous, polite, understood his job, and what it entailed flawless precision. It's never gone that smoothly for me at UPS. He understands his job and how to make it work efficiently. We need more courteous, respectful, young men, and women working public service. Thank you Zac for being who you are and apparently you were raised right by somebody. if you haven't given him a raise you need to UPS. He's a five star employee.

Came in for notary service. It's $10 for rage page signed. Make sure to call to see if they are doing it as the hours are not the same as for business.

The owner of this franchise should be ashamed. There was one employee staffing the place on the evening I stopped by in the post holiday returns madness. The poor guy is in serious need of training and additional help. Phones go unanswered and the guy seemed like he was at the absolute end of his wits… like 100% over that job - and I can’t blame him. If this is the norm, I feel like this location won’t be around much longer.

No notary services after manager leaves. Mgr leaves whenever he wants. Call ahead if you need a notary.

We have been patrons of this store for years and have had some wonderful interactions with staff, who have generally been friendly and efficient over the years. However, the current store manager is contrary, snippy, patronizing and, in our opinion, drunk with power. I have experienced poor customer service and have seen the manager exhibit the same behavior with other customers. Today, he begrudgingly accepted two small USPS packages from the woman in front of me (while telling her he won't in the future), but refused to accept mine even though it was only a 3# package. Is this now the policy of the UPS Store, not to accept USPS packages? As the owner of multiple businesses, including a nearly half-century-old global company, I would *never* want one of my employees to treat customers the way I've seen this "manager" (and I use that term loosely) treat customers. I have done college lectures on ethics in business and customer service, so the experiences we've had lately at the UPS Store at 79th and Fall Creek really resonate with me. I can no longer recommend that you patronize this store. Vote with your pocketbook.

Drew at this store was WONDERFUL! He was friendly, helpful, efficiently, and had a super sense of humor!I had four packages to mail and thought I’d be in there for an hour. I was in and out in 15 fifteen! Hats off to Drew!!

We used their services for a notary public and my wife accidently left her ID there. The store manager actually drove to our house to return the ID. Incredible service!!!! Thank you for being so customer focused!!

Just went in to this place ten minutes prior to closing with a package that just needed weighed and stamps. Sat there for a few moments as I heard two guys chatting in the back. Finally said “hello” and one of them came out front with no apology for my wait or anything and proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t do any more packages tonight because they had already been picked up. I couldn’t even just pay and get it set for delivery tomorrow. Pretty sure that was a lie just so they wouldn’t have to do any more transactions, and if not, then why is the store still open for another ten minutes? Never going back there again, or any UPS probably.

I just had the B-E-S-T service at this location from a young man named Zach. Very refreshing in today's customer service environment!! Keep up the great job young man - you are bound to be successful at whatever you choose to do.
