Came in with an issue and I was told they would speak to the mail carrier and call me back. They actually did and that impressed me to no end. Thank you.

Just a really great experience every time I come in here. Recently I had a package that didn’t get delivered to my home and it was unclear where it was, but T@sha at the Garfield Park USPS location called me back when it showed up and was incredibly helpful.

Staff helped out, was friendly and made everything easy..Even went digging in back to get some stamps I wanted.
