“I tried to call the local office, but only reach the main 800 line. I wanted to speak to a supervisor to say THANK YOU because our mail carrier is so kind. He's always here around the same time every day and my kids LOVE saying hello. If my kids hear him, they run to the door. He left a Christmas card in our mailbox. We made him some cookies and he wrote a thank you note. He's just such a kind person and we are grateful he is our mail carrier.”

“The Oaklandon location is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to interact with the Fortville branch last year and it was a nightmare. Every time I go into the Oaklandon branch I leave with a smile and all my issues or needs taken care of.”
“On my way home I stopped by the 86th St. Post Office to pick up an empty priority express mail envelope or box for a present. These are free.'Wasn't sure what I size I needed but they carried the full selection of both in an organixed display. I had my present, and figured out the best mailer. I hadn't written out the card but IF I had everything together I could have weighed, sized, chosen class, insurance, if I wanted a signature from the reciepient, etc. and printed out a postage label (with a credit card, of course), stuck it on the priority bag and deposited it in large, secure hopper next to the self-service machine. I went home and found a card and put it in the bag that I had already stuffed the present in. I brought my ready-to- mail express bag to my usual Bacon St. P.O. and their machine was out of order. There was a partial, disorganized selection of express and priority express boxes and bags there - which I have found to be typical for that particular post office. Makes sense since there is typically a long line of customers and two clerks there, so might as well add a half-stocked supply ofailers and a broken machine to the mix. But anyway, with the Bacon ( Actually on 55th St. just west of Keystone) P.O. machine broken, I drove the 13 minutes back up to the 86th St. /Nora station and completed my business. No waiting, no need to deal with a cashier. That was convenient since this all occurred well after hours. So, for my needs, the Nora Station had it all. Thank you.”
“I have good experience over here , I really love to drop off my packages here because the officer , he really handles with care. And more than that, no crazy chaotic long waiting time line like other stations have. So definitely I stick with this. Thanks Brandon.”
“I’ve never considered reviewing a post office before but this one is worth it. So much better than the one near my house, the wait was minimal even on a mid-December day. And the help at the counter was excellent, professional, friendly, and fast. Incredibly glad to have this resource, especially considering it’s less than a mile from my new place of employment.”
“I was rushing and forgot to put a stamp on my letter and accidentally put in the mail box at this location. I was freaking out! I ran inside and was pleased to have Ms Erica help me out. She actually called me and told me that she found my letter and she put a stamp on it for me. I really appreciate the dedication and care. Thank you Ms Erica again :)”
“I have been going to this post office for 13 years & have never had any problems. They always give me all my shipping options & offer extra insurance, always ask if I need postage stamps or extra services. I've witness them going out of their way to please people who are having a less than desirable day & pushing their bad mood on the postal workers. I feel they deserve every one of these five stars.”
“Although the office is closed on Saturdays, customers can still do some things by self service, like purchase stamps, mail specific items and acquire items from P.O. boxes”

“The Mooresville branch is fantastic. I sent two padded envelopes. They were lost for several days in the downtown Indianapolis facility. For packages I recommend the UPS store. I’ve had much better service sending packages with them. I use the Mooresville store. Very friendly and packages arrive on time.”

“It is one way road. Arrived 11:15 for 11:30 appointment. For shipping and receiving first check-in near dock 142, behind the building 7451 on the left. Then go to door near dock 120, in front of the building.
People are nice and polite. Regular USPS controlled chaos.”
“I had a phenomenal experience with this location. My package was lost and I didn’t receive it come 2 weeks after the date I was supposed to. Mindy went above and beyond to help me locate the package and get it to me within five business days. She was extremely kind and even reached out to let me know that she emailed other facilities to locate my package and that she’d continue working until I got it. I appreciate her willingness to help me get my package & appreciate all her help!!”
