This place is NEVER open at 8am- many times I’ve stood there waiting, along with a line of people, only for them to open 5-7 minutes late. There is a very large man that opens the store and moves at a snails pace. Happens every morning, no thought to customer service whatsoever.

Drove 25 minutes to make it before the office closed, got there four minutes before posted closing time and was rudely told that they were already closed.

It’s definitely one of the busiest post offices I’ve been too. There’s usually 2-3 people at the front desk & 3 self-serve kiosks so the line moves more quickly than anticipated. Great customer service.

Horrible customer service. I payed for a key and it has been three weeks and have not recieved anything, not the key nor an answer as to why it is taking so Long. One of the people there treated horribly my daughter when she asked for mail telling her to call a phone number (doesnt even answer) over and over again, speaking over her

I made an appointment to do my passport and they did not honor my appointment, nor let me know that they could not honor it, despite the fact that they require both a phone number and an email address to make the appointment. The "we don't have anyone to do that today" is pretty lame considering there was someone sitting on a stool whose only job was to tell people they didn't have enough people to work today.

if you could leave one star I would. terrible. won't answer phone, rude in person, lazy employees. if they hate their job that much, they all should quit. there are plenty of people to hire with a decent attitude.

Andy was very helpful when I couldn’t get my packages delivered. Even though it was not their fault but my mine, they handled the matter with care and respect, thank you!

Staff are not allowed to request documentation for a service/working dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or ask about the person's disability. In case y’all need the reminder.

I had a horrible experience at this location. They are currently holding my mail while our PO Box lock gets changed. When I asked about a particular package that was delivered for me, the worker scoffed and said "What makes you think it's here?" After I replied that I was notified it was delivered to that location, she said "So you just came here to waste my time and guess it was here?" Sorry you hate your life so much, friend. Hopefully I get a different worker next time I go in..

Easily my favorite post office in Marion County. Always cheerful staff and two kiosks. A gentleman there took time to teach me how to save time and scan my packages at kiosk. They have package bins conveniently placed by the kiosk. I always look forward to days when I go to this post office because the staff is so caring and friendly.

I used to live in Nora and this post office was amazing. It's really gone downhill in the past few years. My experience today was so bad. The clerk (African American, young, long hair in braids) was incredibly rude and was more interested in using her phone to send selfies to someone that to help me. The automated machines were broken (of course). I keep hearing this post office is scheduled to close and I hope it does soon.

After being informed that I couldn't send a 6x8 padded envelope, which measured at 1/4" thick, as first-class mail and instead had to pay three times the cost to send it as a package, I declined the offer. Instead, I headed to the next closest post office where they were willing to send my envelope as first-class mail. I recommend considering a different location.
