They won't even talk to you, they don't greet you, they are extremely rude, I asked several questions and they just stared at me like I was a brick wall, I just walked out...how are you supposed to do anything here?

Upon entering lobby there was only 1 person ahead of me and 2 clerks working behind the counter. One clerk finished his transaction and began a personal conversation with the customer. I stood there waiting until the other customer finished. Then, instead of that clerk summoning me next, he looked at me, turned and walked away from the counter. The other clerk took his sweet time talking while I stood there waiting. Then he acted all huffy as if I had interrupted his conversation. I will NEVER go back to that location.

This is by far the absolute slowest USPS that I have ever seen in my life. If you can avoid by all means please do so!

I went here around noon on a Saturday and had phenomenal service.
I had a large package that I needed to mail. I had never mailed a package myself before, and to make it more stressful, I was shipping it to Australia and had no clue what kind of paperwork I would need to fill out.
The man working at the counter listened to my worries and walked me through the entire process. He even checked to see if the box I brought or the usps flat rate boxes would be a better fit for me price wise. I ended up going with the usps large flat rate and was able to securely pack all my items. They are now off on their journey, and it is all thanks to the amazing postal workers! When i get my passport in a few months, I will happily make my appointment here. This is one of the best locations I have ever been to.

Called to discuss how to mail passport renewal. Employee informed me you renew your passports online (incorrect) and got extremely agitated when I asked what times I could come in for passport photos. Next day I went in for a money order and the employee literally yelled at a man in line for not hearing her call his appointment. All around an extremely angry and unhelpful staff. Not entirely sure why they’re there if they can’t answer very basic questions and show basic human kindness.

I rarely get my mail. I have ordered things off TikTok shop and they are constantly delayed at the post office. But they never put it on rout. Now I have an order with Amazon that will be delivering usps which is an important package and has to be here before my wedding. If it’s not I hope they know I’m about to raise hell. I’m sick of never getting my mail delivered. Iv addressed it to the office several times but they don’t seem like it’s a big deal.

It's Monday April 1, 2024 and supposed to open at 8:30am... Now it's 8:55am and the line is getting longer and no usps staff to be seen, the counters still closed shut... USPS staff here do no give a damn about customers. Recommended: zero star.

Hello, December 30th 2023, I went too the post office in Oaklandon! I was doing best too mail four envelopes out of state! I went in with a forever stamp on them! I stood in line for wanted them weighed and also stamped mark of day and time! The man at the counter was rude and DIS HONEST in nature! If you have recordings within you will HEAR, your mail office employee state the following: I asked if he could post stamp my cards needed todays date on them! The employee of the Post office stated straight face, your letters already have Forever stamps on them so go drop them off in the mail box they will than be stamped date and time right after you place them in the box! Then he added and I was shocked and felt bombozalex, if you want me too stamp date and time it will be an extra $1.95 EACH envelope! That would have been an extra rounded off $8.00 dollars! Listen too your mail video! He was tall, had glasses on and African American, and DIS.honest that is NOT a policy! I checked with post master general! Shame on this post office man, horrible in nature! December 30th 2023, Saturday, around approximately 2:03 or so and WOW! Governmental employee ripping off customers during holidays OUCH SAD! Accountability shall happen, please, by your post office Supervisor !

Usps driver stole my package. I’ve called usps at this location on Oaklandon and they indeed lost my package. They say they dropped it off and then said to go ask my neighbors if they took my package!! I’ve been at my adress for over 10 YEARS ! And this was my 1st time with USPS on Oaklandon! NEVER IN OVER 10 years have any of my packages been lost! And I’ve known my neighbors for a decade now.I DONT think it was a coincidence that I had a HUGE order from SHEIN ordered to my home , & THAT’S the box USPS claim the Lady usps driver left at my front porch. But there’s nothing!Who is the supervisor??? For this Oaklandon usps?? WHY ARE THERE A LOT MORE REVIEWS STATING THE SAME HAPPENED TO THEM??? We want answers
