The Oaklandon location is so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had to interact with the Fortville branch last year and it was a nightmare. Every time I go into the Oaklandon branch I leave with a smile and all my issues or needs taken care of.

I was here this morning. Ed helped me. I was taking a long time and the line was growing behind me. He was kind, patient and helpful. As I completed things, he waited on other people in line, greeting them with the same kind and helpful manner.
