Super quick and friendly service. We walked in expecting to spend about $200 ans 2 hours adding a line, new phone and home internet. We spent less then $50 and only 20 min.

My experience with Michael was wonderful. He was patient in explaining every detail of my phone plan with me and went above and beyond in servicing me with verizon. Will definitely recommend Michael as the person to go to. Thank you michael and thank you verizon for fulfilling my phone service and getting me a brand new phone.

Unsatisfied with this location. I was a new customer and placed my order online. I was emailed that the process may take up to 2 hours. Never got another notification, і went to the store on the second day to see what the delay was about but they blamed it on customer service and customer service was closed for the day. I spoke with customer service once open again and they saw remarks saying my device was actually ready for pickup and i should've been able to get it while in store. Before i could get a chance to get to the store they canceled my order as it had already been 72 hours. The reps in there lack knowledge to make the process smooth for customers and they simply don't care. Now i have to create another order but i will make sure it's not this location ever again.

On August 22 we came to this store to fix a problem on my device one of the retailers guy install a new SIM card which crash my device I spent 5 hours there and not even the manager of the store was able to resolve the problem they make me add a new line so I can have a line for phone calls , I owned a business and depend pretty much on my device and Verizon was not able to fix the problem they created a bigger problem on my device ??? 20 years with Verizon and this today is unbelievable. Verizon Sucks on everything!!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a new phone for my son yesterday and tried to pick it up when I got off from work today. I never received any information about when I could pick it up, when I placed the order it was as if it would be ready for pick up the same day so I figured I could pick it up whenever. I get to the store at 5pm and a man named Dajuan or Dahuan said it was still in progress ok fine so I leave and receive an email 30mins later saying my order was cancelled and a refund was being processed (something I did not initiate on my end) and I race back over to the store and get there at 6:01 he seen me pull up and just locked the door. He was rude and nonchalant about the whole thing I wanted to ask why my order was canceled when he just told me it was in progress but he just shouted incoherently thru the door and walked away he was NO HELP AT ALL WHATSOEVER don’t deal with him if you go to Verizon don’t go to Verizon at all as a matter of fact TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service on and off the phone.

I had to go in to get a SIM card replaced on a phone. Was in and out in only 10 minutes or so. Lakota was extremely professional and helpful. Great experience!

so nessa there is great helpful and friendly however her cowork jesse or james he is rude ashell we were finishing a transfer and he rudely was trying to kick us out tell us come back well we cnat come back if there problem if store is closed at 6 and on sunday and i work monday now can we thats unproffessonal and called for net if i was buying 1000 phone he been all glad to help makes me wanna leave verizon after that ?????? he needs to learn people skills

I went to another Verizon store, but that store did not have the phone in stock that we needed. The salesperson looked online and saw that East Washington Street. Had it in stock. I went there and they said they didn't have the phone at first and tried to upsell. When I was frustrated and about to leave, one magically appeared from the back. Then they lied and switch plans on me with an increase of $40 per month. They are untrustworthy and thieves.
