I completed a locker pick up for my new phone. I was having issues with my current phone loading the link to allow access. I then attempted to try to get assistance from an employee as they were still helping customers inside. One of the employees came to the door and the employee didn’t say a word back to me and shut the door watching me struggle outside for 20+ minutes while they were still inside sitting at the desk. I was able to eventually get it to allow me access by getting the link sent to a family member on the same account.

Came in to purchase an iPhone today. Paid for the phone and walked out of the store, realized that they had given me the wrong color. I attempted to have this fixed but it was a minute or two after 6PM and they refused to fix this problem telling me I had to come back tomorrow. I had literally walked out of the store no more than thirty seconds before trying to have the problem fixed. I am incredibly disappointed by this as this store is 30 minutes from my house and that is a major inconvenience after paying as much as I did for this phone.

Corporate store !! ???? There is some company policy and bureaucracy to get through, but that's not the fault of the employees. Jace was SUPER helpful to do a variety of plan transferring, plan changing, and new phone setup. This will be our new go-to store for VZW issues or changes.

Customer service sucked and the Big Guy…. Little bit better next time dwag. Definitely don’t like people talking over me when I’m trying to talk. But when I looked at him I kinda felt bad for him.

Hours are posted all over stating that the business closes at 7pm. On Tuesday an associate tried to use sign language to point to a barcode to say the business was closed. Please just update your store hours

Unprofessional went there at 5.40pm to upgrade they said they don’t do upgrade after 5.30 since they are closing at 6pm avoid this place

Tried to complete an in-store pickup order at this store, and they were closed during their posted business hours. Another customer arrived at the same time as we did, and she said they had been closed the previous day during their posted business hours as well. Terrible experience...avoid this store at all costs.

Went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone and did not have a good experience. The salesman was very rude and pushy from the start but once I declined upgrade/accessory options he became totally uninterested in helping me. He repeatedly flung the tablet with the purchase information at me and made a big deal of the fact that I wanted to pay cash. Ended up just ordering the phone and will setup myself at home and buy my case/screen protector online. He was not helpful in clearly answering my questions about my phone plan, upgrade costs, etc. It seemed like I was inconvenicing him by asking questions and not immediately jumping to purchase the biggest, newest phone with all of the upgrades and accessories. I was even interested in upgrading my daughter’s phone but decided not to bother with that and to go elsewhere. I would go to the Nora or Clay Terrace Verizon store, as I have had great experiences at these stores and it’s worth the extra drive.

Phones are difficult to compare in store. Service agent refused to discuss hidden fees but said to account for 20 or 25 dollars. I was ready to upgrade and left without anything.
