“I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I noticed my Cockapoo was struggling with a potential ear infection late in the evening and called at 5:30 PM, fearing the worst. To my surprise, they were still open and—even more impressively—able to fit me in the very next afternoon!
The moment we walked in (a bit early), we were greeted with such warmth. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient, checking us in immediately and getting us settled into a room without any delay. We only waited a few minutes before a wonderful, personable technician came in. She listened so intently to my concerns, even repeating everything back to ensure she had every detail perfect.
The doctor was truly fantastic—so gentle and patient with my dog, and they took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan thoroughly. While my pup’s ears were being flushed, I waited in the lobby feeling completely at ease knowing she was in such capable hands.
It is a one-hour drive for us, (2 hourse roubd trip) but the genuine love, compassion, and high-quality care this office provides makes every mile worth it. If you want the absolute best for your furry friends, this is the place to go!

“I've been here twice with my two cats. The staff are friendly and nice and informative about things. I chose this place based on reviews and I liked what I saw about the place. The prices were reasonable than what I thought and even were less than what was quoted which was nice. I had my kittens spayed for one and neutered for the other. They did a good job with them and were very informative after the procedure. This will be the place I take my cats to in the future.”

“We had two great experiences with the Indy paws veterinary clinic! Once with a cat, and the other with a dog. Both times we had contacted other vets beforehand and no one would take us in unless we were regular clients . But the Indy paws vet set us up with appointments right away! They really care about your animals too. If they’re uncomfortable, they won’t push them, but they also won’t turn them away if they’re difficult. I would definitely recommend them to any pet owner.”

“I love Dr. Dave Lee and the entire staff at Augusta Animal Clinic. I have seen Dr. Dave with pets for over 10 years. I currently have two pitbulls who actually enjoy going to see them. When I adopted a new and very skiddish rescue last year, they sat in the room with us on the floor making her comfy before touching her! They really make me feel like my time with them is important, they listen to my concerns, and thoughtfully explain costs and outcomes. Most importantly we never feel rushed and they give me time to consider everything. Even when animals are sick or have been at the end of life stages, they are compassionate, knowledgeable, and I always trust the recommendations they give. 10/10 highly recommend! You and your furry friends will not be disappointed!”
“My girlfriend brought in our kitty, who we found abandoned at a very young age. She couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. We had noticed the kitty became extremely lethargic out of the blue, and we knew something wasn't right. They got her in right away with no questions asked. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it through. My girlfriend was heartbroken, sobbing. The girls helped to console her, and the Dr's told her not to worry about payment. (Which made her start sobbing even more). This was just a reminder that there really are still amazing people out there with big hearts.
To add to it, they sent a card in the mail expressing their condolences, and a few of the ladies even hand wrote their messages on the card.
This is an example of exemplary customer service and a situation where they did what was right and not just collected payment for their services. Thank you all so much!”

“We love City Way fountain square!! We saw Kellyn and Dr. Davidson today who were both awesome. The team is always knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful, and the place is super clean. They provide accurate cost estimates before starting services, and it’s easy and convenient to get meds there. The appointments are timed well so we never have to wait too long, and the exam is thorough but not too overstimulating for Cosmo. They give her lots of lickable treats and work with her comfort level without manhandling her too much. I’m lucky to have a cat who doesn’t get super freaked out at the vet, but Kellyn gave her some time to get comfortable and both she and the doctor gave her soooo much love :)”

“I had to euthanize a 12 year old family cat today. Any pet owner knows that this is the worst part of being a pet owner-no living breathing being lives forever. The staff was exceptionally loving and caring. I was feeling like our pet had possibly been misdiagnosed, but the dr. quickly explained in a loving way that was not likely the case, putting my guilty thinking mind at ease. They allowed the entire family to attend in order to show our beloved pet the love and support he deserved during his transition. The cost was much more reasonable and affordable than I expected; half of what our regular vet was asking for. Although small compared to where we normally go, their true compassion for both our pet and family has shown us that we may need to switch vets for our other pets.”
