Washington Square is a mall that has seen better days but still offers a few highlights. Target provides friendly service and reliable prices, making it a favorite among visitors. The mall is home to a black-owned beauty supply store known for its delicious Carnival popcorn, particularly the popular naptown nutz flavor. While the number of stores has decreased, the remaining shops are well-kept and have a long history in the area. The AMC theater is a notable attraction, drawing visitors for entertainment. Although the mall has its challenges, it maintains a sense of safety with visible security and no parking issues. Overall, Washington Square remains a nostalgic spot for those who remember its vibrant past while still offering some enjoyable experiences today.
I believe they're trying to revitalize it. No big name shops that i know but found a few new faves. Very few shoppers.

When I walked through Washington Square I saw tumbleweed. I remember in the 90s this mall was popping full of life. If hurt my feelings that this mall is on a breathing machine.

Kinda depressing. Looks like a ghost town. Except the theater it's fine.
