White River State Park is a beautiful and peaceful place in downtown Indianapolis. It offers 250 acres with greenspaces, trails, trees, and waterways. Visitors enjoy distinctive experiences, world-class attractions, and cultural destinations. It is a wonderful venue for concerts and a favorite spot for photographers, with many backdrops from greenery to the canal. It is perfect for a walk or run at sunrise or sunset. While the amphitheatre is special and restrooms at events are clean, a noted problem is the lack of public restrooms in the park. Parking can also be difficult and expensive.
I went for brunch on Saturday. Arrived right at opening time, not realizing you needed a reservation. However I was lucky enough that they had 1 table available. The waitress was wonderful. The food was delicious. I tried the deep fried deviled eggs, and the biscuits and gravy.

Saw Avatar 3D on the biggest Imax theater in Indiana. Totally worth it plus you get free parking as a bonus.

Must visit place next to monument center. River, park, canal : it has a lot to offer.
