“The only thing that could make Costco gas better is if they used a red light and green light system to have cars pull forward. The impatient people who pull in to the last pump throw everything off in busy times. Wait a minute and keep the line going faster.”

“I had a great experience getting two pairs of glasses with Tong. He is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. When hearing that it would be my first time getting progressive lenses, he patiently walked me through the caveats. When I came back for adjustment, he kindly replaced the original plastic nose pads with softer silicone ones, and adjusted the angles for me. I am super impressed with Tong’s professionalism and kindness.”

“The Costco Hearing Center on East 86th St, Indianapolis is outstanding. The audiologist, Jamieson, is fabulous. She has tested my hearing several times over the last 5 years, and my hearing loss has worsened, much more in the left ear during the past 12 months. Because of the rapid asymmetrical hearing loss, she insisted that I see an ENT physician before selling me hearing aids. The ENT's audiologist repeated the audiogram, which matched Jamieson's audiogram exactly. The ENT physician agreed that additional testing was required. An MRI of my brain and temporal bones (including the inner and middle ears) showed no tumor or other treatable cause of asymmetrical hearing loss. He recommended proceeding with hearing aids at Costco. Jamieson fitted me with Jabra Enhance Pro 30 hearing aids, which significantly improved my hearing in both ears. One week later my left hearing aid stopped playing the audiobook on my android phone, and Jamieson noticed that I had inadvertently turned off LE Audio in my cell phone settings. She turned it back on, solving the problem. Jamieson and the staff have been very courteous and conscientious. All of my appointments have been on time. Costco, Jamieson, and the hearing aids greatly exceeded my expectations.”

“Kudos to the tire center today. I was traveling and notified I am losing tire pressure on my rear tire. I walked into Costco at 5pm on Sunday and the team was able to help me out to patch the tire. I really appreciate your help today”
“They have always been good to us. Sometimes the waits are long (2hrs) but you are usually getting a free/discounted service. I've had many tires replaced for either free or prorated. Even our specialty ordered 295/35/21 (a $370 tire) was warrantied.”
“It is what it is. Wasn't too happy to find out they do not sale any Frozen cheese pizza. only pork and cauliflower pizza. They do have a variety of other Foods there that you will love to buy. And their so-called fresh pizza sucks. When I ordered it I only have to wait 3 minutes because it was already made”

“Costco has sucked me in!! I tried to hold out for so long until finally, I couldn't resist any more. Costco has become an almost-weekly adventure of finding new treasures and treats. I save 0 money, in fact, my grocery budget seems to have expanded since joining, but I have lots of fun stocking my cupboards and trying new items. I've especially appreciated the prepared meals section and great refrigerated lunch items that are healthy-ish and easy to pack. My only complaint is that I'll just get attached to something and go to stock up and it's been discontinued/replaced by something else. There is definitely a strong rotation of items that can be a bummer when you just want your favorites. Also, LINES! Going around lunchtime on the weekends can get you stuck in a check out line all the way through the store but thankfully, everyone tries to keep it moving. Love you, Costco. Now I'm off to eat my Costco packed lunch.”
“1st visit to this location. Very clean & organized store, wasn't too crowded. No long lines, friendly staff, especially the sample crew, I loved their energy. Cafe had a line when we arrived & throughout our shopping trip, more staff was needed in that area. Overall, it was a great experience.”

Then the hurry up and wait, and finally the prayer that pumping will go smoothly. So many things can go wrong. But the desire not to hold up the line is antagonizing. Good thing I got a hybrid, so I only come here once a month. The irony is that I still come here. Who doesn't love a challenge?!”
