“I purchased some decorative hardware from this company on Amazon recently for a kitchen project. I purchased 8 different items to see what looked best in my kitchen. I read their return policy which says I need to pay for returns so I just kept the items as I had handled them quite a bit and even dropped a couple.
I went back to place my order for the ones I liked. Very good experience with this company. In 2 days I received part of my order but not all of it. I called them and talked to customer service. They were kind enough to look into why my order was incomplete. As it turned out, my order came from 2 different warehouses. I actually received the rest of my order later that day.
I would gladly do business with this company again.”
“Today I had the most amazing experience at any store I've ever been too with my son. While the prices and deals are great I want to give a HUGE thanks to the employees at this particular store in Jasper, Indiana. I apologize as I did not catch the name of the specific individual who lent my autistic son a pair of ear muffs. You miss have made what is usually a rough time to one of the most pleasant experiences we have had in recent memory. Kindness like this is so incredibly rare that I felt it needed to be called out. I'm not buying tools anywhere else.”

“Love going to Rural King!. Workers always welcome you with a big smile, and always ask if you need any help. My 3yr loves the little kid carts an meeting new puppy's/dog's. It always puts a smile on her little face. Definitely love the free popcorn also!. The store is very spacious, from t-shirts, to pants, etc everything is either folded or hanging up neatly. There was not 1 item laying down or blocking the aisle. If I could. I would actually give this store 10 stars outta 5. Definitely will be coming back!.”
“It is what it is...everyone knows prices are up so just expect to pay for them. Not thier fault it's nation wide. Staff is friendly, well... some of them...was questioned why I needed 1 5/8 screw for putting 5/8 osb up but I'll let that one go considering they wanted to up sell me 3" screws... who knows maybe people are in thier phones too much maybe they just don't know and have an ego problem. But I would recommend it a decent place to buy your construction materials...just make sure you bring your own lube to the cash register.”
“The gentleman that was at the counter was extremely helpful. I am setting up a seasonal store and didn't get the equipment I needed. On a last minute pinch he helped me get a pallet jack to unload my truck and the process was super easy. There was another gentleman there that helped me load it. Really wonderful team of people and the prices are low for great quality equipment!”
