I just rolled in early this morning to see if they could fit me in because my capacitor went out. THANK YOU for helping me get it fixed in a timely manner. I was there less then a hr in the shop and I was done. All the staff is very nice people. Other shops need to take notes on how to treat customers. These guys 1,000 stars if I could. “Today I was on my way to a different auto parts store with my wife and kids to get a new battery for a minivan. On the way there the van died couldn't get it to turn over. Was about 2 miles away from advance Auto and decided to give them a call it be a closer walk for me to go and get a new battery. Made a phone call and I believe the assistant manager Brian Brennan picked up the phone. (Not sure if that's how you spell the name I apologize if I got it wrong). I told him I was going on and we were on the side of the road and I wanted to make sure they had the battery I needed before I started my journey of walking two miles to the store. Also at this time it's been pouring down rain. After I let him know what's going on and he checks and make sure the battery is there he asked where we're broke down at. Let him know we were about 2 mi away from the store and I was getting ready to grab the battery and start my walk in the rain with the battery to him at that point he said you stay right there with your wife I'll be right there to get you I'm not going to let you walk in the rain with a car battery for 2 miles sir. Not only did he come and pick me up with my old battery take me to the store get the new battery I purchase it he brings me back to the van. In no way to this man need to do all of that for myself and my family today. He went so far above and beyond to help out myself and my family I am so grateful for the help he gave us today. What an amazing person so glad I got to cross paths with him. I will be going back tomorrow to get some testing done on my van and this is going to be the only auto parts store that I go to from now on. Can't think this man enough advance Auto you have a great assistant manager in Jeffersonville Indiana on 10th Street appreciate you Mr Brennan.”
