The clothing is adorable, high quality, SO SOFT, and has a neutral palette (which is sometimes so hard to find with kids clothes). There are also plenty of gender neutral options, which we love. Text said pick up at men’s department. I entered the door at the men’s department and looked right and customer service/online pick up was there. “They had a big sale, lots of quality clothing items for half price. We asked one employee about where an item was and she walked us right to it. A couple other employees walked by while we were shopping and they seemed friendly, they acknowledged us and asked if we needed help finding anything. Check out was very quick, the lady thanked us for shopping there and said she hoped to see us again. We will go back.”

“Located around the center point of the Jefferson mall. This is an idea place to get cheaper baby and toddler clothes. They run great sales at these franchises. With 4 daughters and a wife that loves clothes shopping for them this place has taken plenty of my money. You can order online and pickup if you do not find what you like or your size in the actual store. At this particular location they do a decent job keeping it well kept. Kinda a small store so pretty cramped and the service quality is hit and miss like most mall stores when dealing with mainly teenage workers.”
