“I would highly recommend j c penney if you're trying to get anything that you need, such as clothing jewelry, cologne the downside to this location.The roux leaks, there's no air conditioning in the summer.There is no heat in the winter, and it's all due to management of Jefferson mall it leaks throughout the whole entire mall. Every store has a module control on their thermostat. I believe it's called ATR 22
J c penney is good.They just need to leave the jefferson mall location.It is bad on their business because that is the dirt mall and it is dying”

“I have been shopping at Children's Place for years, online and at the stores. I'm sorry so many people have had bad experiences. Prices for kids clothes have gone up considerably everywhere this year. The customer service on line has a script to follow & are normally unhelpful if you have a problem. The customer service at the Louisville, Jefferson Mall store are normally the greatest people and help. They see my name on orders and know it's me and I'm coming or sending someone to pick up my order. When I call to see if they have an item they always have checked and given me the 411 on what they have. When I was sent someone elses order, they gladly cancelled the order & reordered the correct item for me. I shop here for 30 grand & great grandkids, church kids, and Operation Kids boxes. I'm always looking for clothes for these kids. Children's Place is my God to place and still offers a lot of bargains even though they've altered some of their discount. I do wish their website would allow you to cancel your order to add discount coupons or extra items. I've had to reorder the same items and put the coupons on & cancel the 1st order in the store when they were delivered.Over all Children's Place is a great place to shop for kids and I tell lots of people about the store and website.”
