“Took computer in for an issue with the graphics card. Got it back with a new card, cleaned up and running like a dream. Eddie was super helpful and responsive. When the first card didn't work, he called up the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem. Felt like my own personal help desk.”
“For the most part, you can find what you need. There is usually someone who can help point you in the right direction if you need help finding something. I miss the games and movies. They are just following the current trend I guess. Either way, it's still the best place to have what you need readily available.”
“Went in to get help from Samsung Rep, who had "stepped out" at 10:30 am. A very knowledgeable store employee was able to help us fix an app issue on my phone. He was very nice and helpful, and did not pressure us to make a purchase. When I do want to make a purchase, I will go there and look for him! (Unfortunately, I failed to get his name)”
“I've never been in the Apple Store and my first experience was phenomenal. Came in because my son's SE was constantly restarting. He has the Apple Care plan so we got a replacement phone right away. They stayed after almost 20 minutes after close to make sure all my son's games and saves were transferred over. I'm a Samsung girl but this service almost makes me want to switch.”
