“Took computer in for an issue with the graphics card. Got it back with a new card, cleaned up and running like a dream. Eddie was super helpful and responsive. When the first card didn't work, he called up the manufacturer to diagnose and fix the problem. Felt like my own personal help desk.”
“I’ve had the iPhone 15 pro max since it released at the end of 2023. I usually upgrade phones each phone release but this year I decided I was just going to buy new cases and screen protectors. We are pretty rough on phones around here with the type of work we do. See my dirty jeans in the background for another example. Anyways felt like a whole new phone with a new case and screen protectors and updated to the latest iOS. I’ve been doing business with this Apple Store for 10+ years. Can’t complain.”
“I had the good fortune to get the assistance of Adam to integrate old financial files backed up from my laptop that finally after 8 years give up the ghost. Adam brought to the table ideas that were mission critical in resolution of many years of financial data that I could not live without. These are not vanilla ideas that he spearheaded to get the conversion from old to knew. Kudos to Geek Squad for hiring truly gifted individuals that are wise beyond their years. Can’t recommend Adam & Geek Squad more vociferously…5 stars are not enough!”

“Dakota and Harrison are amazing! We were trying to price match the switch two bundle to the price that Sam’s Club had it. Best Buy‘s system would only let them take it down to $425. We ended up calling Best Buy customer service to get the price difference to the amount that was shown on Sam’s Club. Dakota and Harrison were on the phone for over two hours trying to figure this out. It should’ve been easy to price match from a competitor thats listed on Best Buy’s website. It wasn’t. Even the customer service guy couldn’t get it lower. Their system wouldn’t let them and no one knew why. Dakota and Harrison were so kind and worked so hard on this issue. I honestly couldn’t believe they took that much time helping me. Dakota went on to explain that Best Buys system is different now so they can no longer override the things that they used to . Or give gift cards or things like that for price differences on their end. He really tried everything to get me that deal . Both him and Harrison went through every option possible 100000/10”
“Edit: previously left a one star review. I went in February 2025 and the location seemed now well staffed with friendly and helpful folks. Brandon was able to help me find one of the things I needed (specific computer charger, couldn't have gone another day without it) and informed me they did not carry the other after searching. Made the return policy clear and was great customer service throughout. The next time I return won't be out of pure necessity, I appreciate the improvements here.”
