“Jennifer at Kiesler Police Supply made a complicated order simple. I came in with a list of requirements and she walked me through the options. She set up the account, handled the paperwork without delays, and followed up quickly whenever something needed a decision. The whole process was organized and professional from start to finish. I will use Kiesler again and I look forward to working with Jennifer on future orders.”

“Went into the store today with a buddy of mine, he hasn’t bought a gun in over 10 years and I was looking at their trade-ins. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable, answered all the questions we asked!!!! Even got me a stool to sit on cause they noticed I was walking with a cane, now that’s customer service!!!!! Buddy looked at a few, and found him a 9mm and I looked at a 10 different guns, Ken was the one that waited on me and he was awesome!!! I ended buying my first 1911,a Ruger 1911 45acp and a CZ 9mm. I think these were the 5&6 guns I bought from them and I definitely will recommend to all my friends!!!! Derrick, you have a top notch crew working for you!!!!”
