Kroger Marketplace is a convenient store with a friendly staff. The location is always pretty clean and well stocked, with every section appearing pristine and organized. Pricing is higher than nearby alternatives, though digital coupons and sales help. Some find the coupon process frustrating. The vegetables and fruits can be in bad shape, appearing old and dry with not much to choose from, and shelves sometimes need restock. Overall, it is a reliable place for specific grocery items.
Can you please not ask me for my Kroger card as I'm bagging my own groceries???? That would be awesome. If customers are expected to bag or wait on the cashier and hold up the line, perhaps you should invest in the spinny things that walmart has. Its annoying.
