“I believe this is the first time I have reviewed this store. It used to be pretty irrelevant to me, but it is on my way home and SO convenient to get in and out. The NEW makeover done to the store has made it relevant. There is a new sign out front, new front automatic door, new paint and décor and most importantly, new freezers. The old freezers had frost all over the product. I believe the prices are fair compared to the larger stores and they have great sales on meats all the time. On this particular visit I found everything I was looking for and asked two people for a price on some Armor Beef Stew in a large can since it had no price. Both people went to find a price for me and I had it in about a minute's time. The people are all very cordial and helpful at this store. There was a moderate line when I got to the checkout. One lane out of three open. A very sweet girl came by and waved me to the next lane. I thought I was having a conversation with her when she let me know she was deaf and mute. I would have felt sorry, but she was so sweet about it and could read my lips I felt good about our interaction. I am guessing her name is Nikki since that is the name on my receipt, but I'm not sure. She is very good at non-verbal communication, as she asked me if I wanted 2 liter bottles bagged or not, and pointed to a hand written note next to her register that showed, "Have a blessed day." She has the most beautiful smile and I look forward to meeting her again. I was wearing my uniform from work and Chris, the manager greeted me by my name in the lane next to me. We had a short interaction, but enough to know I like him. I hope Chris sees this review and gives props to his people. I saw another man working inside today and other times as well. He is good to bring up a conversation and very personable, whether stocking shelves or getting carts from the parking lot, which is where we talked tonight about Super Bowl. I am happy to shop at Save A Lot in Jeffersonville and pleased with the people that work there.”

“LOVE this store! Been coming here since they opened, and the friendly service, clean, and organized store was so welcoming. And now, they added a hot food menu! We got their birra queso tacos and a HUGE steak burrito and were VERY pleased with the quality and taste! We found our new place for killer Mexican food!!”

“Friendly people even to an unfamiliar person like myself who due to the weather,walked in there bundled up in all black with only my face showing. Most people who's paths I crossed within the 6 block radius gave me a wide berth, which to me is further a blemish on a city that was much more grounded and temperate before the gentrification began,but none of that was present in the grocery store. Good for them”

“Meijer is Meijer, this was a pharmacy visit. The workers here unlike the other pharmacies in the area have a good attitude and are helpful. They answer the phone, and seem to have enough staff to handle the workload. We changed our pharmacy to Meijer due to the other horribly ran local pharmacies that fall short in every category you can think of”

“I stop in from time to time. They are a small business but have some pretty cool finds. I always see nice coffee cups on clearance and find lots of different options for in home decor for a decent price. They have a little bit of everything. The reps there are always nice to speak to and willing to answer any questions you may have. I reccomend stopping in. I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.”

“The only thing I hate about Menards is that I always want to buy too much. The prices are great and the selection is even better. Oh, and the 11 percent thing is nutso. Why don't they just give you the discount up front? I know why because you forget to send it off and they keep the money. So if Menards were closer to my house I would be shopping there more often. But since I have three different other hardware stores nearby I don't shop there very much.”

“Visited this pharmacy a few days ago. I was very happy with the service. The people were very kind, professional and knowledgeable about the medication. They had the prescription filled by the next morning when we dropped it off an hour before closing and offered to have it done the same day. Their service was exceptional and very appreciated!”
