“We purchased a new 2024 Blazer in December 2023 had driven it for 2 months and had transmission issues, took it in and they got it back to us in a couple weeks. We drove it a few weeks and had another issue, took it back in and eventually they put a new transmission in and got it back and all is good. The staff was excellent and concerned about getting it repaired and returned to us, our experience was very good”

Often times he's half the cost of others or even more or less expensive. Great service and very reasonable prices.”

“Unfortunately was in a car accident over Easter weekend (not my fault and no injuries - so that's a positive!). On Monday, Twin City immediately got my car in and began the repairs. Everything was completed in exactly two weeks. You would never know that it had been in an accident. What impressed me most about Twin City is the level of communication. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. I hope to never be in an accident again, but I wouldn't hesitate to choose Twin City if it does happen.”

“I've brought 2 cars to them and they have always been so kind and knowledgeable, they've fixed a wheel bearing that caused extreme noise and now is quiet as a mouse and replaced my front two ball joints that caused noise and lots of tire movement
but now feels solid and secure, he also adviced i get my wheels balanced which fixed an extreme speed wobble it had at acceleration and high speeds now its smooth. Larry and Tom are so great thank you for taking care of my ford taurus and my chevy spark!”
