“Was there on a Friday with my kiddo to replace a cracked phone. We were vacationing from Texas.
Jaden wA there and was absolutely great! He made sure we knew about comparable phones
He made suggestions and helped us pick the best one for our budget.
My son Tristan got a great phone, a case, and protective glass.
Jaden also made sure all data and contacts transferred before we left and made some suggestions for future shopping trips.
Was easily the smoothest cricket visit we've had since becoming customers. Even though the data transfer part took forever, he never made us feel in the way or forgotten.
He stayed engaged and interactive. It was really great!
