“I just have to say, I had the absolute best experience at the AT&T store in Kendallville, Indiana the other day—seriously, the team there is amazing! Oakley, the manager, was so knowledgeable and welcoming right from the start; he really took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure everything was handled perfectly. Angela, the assistant manager, jumped in with such a friendly vibe and explained all my options super clearly without any pressure, which made picking a new plan way less overwhelming than I expected. Then Kyler and Shon were total lifesavers on the floor—they were patient, upbeat, and helped me set up my phone, troubleshoot a couple issues, and even suggested some accessories that I ended up loving. The whole crew treated me like I’ve been a regular forever, and I walked out feeling genuinely happy about the service. If you’re in the area and need anything AT&T-related, definitely go see them—you won’t be disappointed! Five stars all the way!”

“Was there on a Friday with my kiddo to replace a cracked phone. We were vacationing from Texas.
Jaden wA there and was absolutely great! He made sure we knew about comparable phones
He made suggestions and helped us pick the best one for our budget.
My son Tristan got a great phone, a case, and protective glass.
Jaden also made sure all data and contacts transferred before we left and made some suggestions for future shopping trips.
Was easily the smoothest cricket visit we've had since becoming customers. Even though the data transfer part took forever, he never made us feel in the way or forgotten.
He stayed engaged and interactive. It was really great!
Usually I get bored but Jaden made sure we laughed.
