“So, we were just passing through town on our way to Connersville today, when we had a brake caliper grab and not release. It happened randomly once before, so we decided we probably just needed to go ahead and change it out. We were able to make it to this Napa store, which turned out to be a major blessing. We were helped by an older gentleman (the name on our invoices was Mark, but I don't know if that's who helped us or not) and he absolutely went above and beyond what he had to. We can't say enough good things about our experience here today!”
“I went there to get windshield wipers replaced because of the storm. I needed windshield de-icer and I started to buy one and the guy said well if you buy two they're $10 but if you buy one they're eight bucks so he saved me some money so I bought two. So then they went out and put my windshield wipers on for me while it was freezing cold outside. They were very polite very nice very good experience and I highly recommend the store and the staff is superb. They also gave me options on what windshield wipers I could buy they didn't try to sell me the highest cost one.”
“I just want to say I have been getting my oil changed her for over three years the prices are the best around and they also have a new manager in the auto care center. He goes above and beyond to help the customers and that's greatly appreciated the staff are always knowledgeable in letting you know things they see in your vehicle.”

“I cannot say enough good about the service here. It's never fun to have an accident and need body work done on a newer vehicle, but Knightstown Collison did amazing work quickly. They dealt with the insurance company and got me back into my SUV, looking as good as new, super fast. Thank you, thank you!”
