The guy that delivered was super nice great experience on delivery. However, paying by phone with a $13 charge is not acceptable. It’s ridiculous to have a fee like that.

I didn't know anyone was coming and it would have been nice to get a text the day before alerting us to a delivery. We got information quickly after the driver left but a heads up before would also be helpful.

Your schedule has a 10 day window any you was still could not make the delivery on time. !
