“We had damage to our home and 2 cars from a hail storm. Lets just say we had the money in our bank 4 days after the assessments. Plus we had a deductable on both cars and our home. They reviewed our claims and desided that since we bundled all of it that it should be 1 deductable and they refunded our 2 deductables. Allstate did that all on their own. Also the reason we changed insurance is because they were $155 cheaper then my old insurance. I would say call Allstate and see what they can do for you.”

“Have been with them since 1975! It is great to have local agent. I have had Holly check my insurance price about once every couple years, she always finds me a better price while assuring I will have same coverage. When you venture out to companies you see on TV it is hard to know if you are really comparing apples to apples, Holly knows what my policy details are and then finds same coverage (apples to apples). She always guides me well, stands up for me, and speaks in terms I understand. Any time I have had a wreck she advocates for my rights (without that the other persons insurance offen will try to pull a fast one).”

“Look i sent my wife here to get insurance they told us it would be 93dollars a month after we paid the down payment for the insurance so we did we payed the down payment and since have deposited 75dollars into there account for this past month and planed on paying them another 25dollars this week so we was a little a head on the 93dollars we owe each month tell me why we received a billing statement and notice of cancelation on her insurance saying the amount we owe is $74.20 we asked them if we paid the down payment is that all we have to pay other then the 93dollars a month and the lady said yes that is correct I had my wife call several times no answer left several messages and no response I got up today and have called multiple times and still no answer I dont understand why they will not pick up the phone from I would not recommend them to anyone and I think I'm going to have to go to there office just to get my questions answered I'm highly pissed and unsatisfied with how they are doing my wife on her insurance yes five stars when it comes to not returning our calls and picking up the phone!”
