They added a stranger to my insurance policy without telling me, then displayed incredibly unprofessional behavior by laughing at me for being upset that my personal account had been so easily breached.

I’ve been calling for 2 weeks straight at different times / days and either nobody answers or it goes straight to voicemail every single time.

My granddaughter and her partner have been trying to contact this agent for several days with NO RESPONSE for an incident that occurred 2 years ago and has now cost them their ability to renew their driver's license. I would never trust this agent for anything. I would give a zero rating but I can't.
