CVS in Kokomo offers a convenient and customer-focused experience for those seeking health and everyday needs. The store is open seven days a week, providing easy access for prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, personal care items, snacks, pet toys, and more. Customers appreciate the helpful staff who are friendly, kind, and patient, often receiving excellent service and attention. The Minute Clinic within CVS is praised for its great staff, compassion, and timely service, making it a reliable option for health concerns. However, some reviews highlight frustrations with certain services. One customer was disappointed when trying to pay a Verizon bill with a prepaid card and ended up losing $30 due to incorrect guidance from an employee. Attempts to return the unused card were unsuccessful, leading to dissatisfaction. Additionally, there are complaints about CVS’s app and online services, with issues like failed prescription transfers and poor communication, which cause frustration despite the helpfulness of the store employees. Overall, while the store staff strives to assist the community and provides a positive in-store experience, some customers feel let down by the company’s digital and billing services. Despite these issues, many customers still find CVS in Kokomo to be a friendly, reliable place to handle their health and everyday needs, making efforts to improve overall customer satisfaction.
