“Kaylon Kirk went well and above to make sure that the transfer of a number to Verizon was good experience. He helped us in store and after hours to make sure we didn’t go but a few minutes without service. He and his partner were excellent. Over the years we have been to different stores across the country and experienced some not so nice employees. However Kaylon was the most helpful person who I have come across to work for Verizon. Thank you!!”

“Courtney was a rockstar for me! She went to bat to get my issues fixed. My account had been hacked and someone switched my service to their phone and ordered an upgrade. Courtney and the service she gave me during this is the reason why I will stay at Boost Mobile.”

“I honestly don't think I have ever had a better experience at any other Xfinity store. I had a random electrical issue and as a result I had to replace my router and extender. I simply walked in to the store, told the store rep why I was there, and literally within minutes I had brand new equipment in my hands and I was walking out the door! No fuss, no muss! Easy peezy, somebody squeeze deez! (to make sure I'm not dreaming 😜) Thank you Xfinity store rep. You sir, are my internet hero of the day!”
