“Courtney was a rockstar for me! She went to bat to get my issues fixed. My account had been hacked and someone switched my service to their phone and ordered an upgrade. Courtney and the service she gave me during this is the reason why I will stay at Boost Mobile.”

“I stopped into Boost today looking for a phone basically free on the $25 a month plan and Denise explained to me what promotion was going on and what rate plans were available. Well seeing how I did not have much money she asked about my current phone well it was unlocked so she was able to get me approved for the $25 dollar plan. Denise was absolutely great with her knowledge and patience. Thanks again Denise”

“Kaylon Kirk went well and above to make sure that the transfer of a number to Verizon was good experience. He helped us in store and after hours to make sure we didn’t go but a few minutes without service. He and his partner were excellent. Over the years we have been to different stores across the country and experienced some not so nice employees. However Kaylon was the most helpful person who I have come across to work for Verizon. Thank you!!”
