“I have been going here for years. They carry quality brands of cat food like Fromm and Stella and Chewy. I love that I can bring my cats to the store. Banana loves picking out his own toys and being cuddled by the staff. The team is awesome here. They don't make me feel judged or like an annoyance, and they seem genuinely happy to see me and my pets.”

“They were pretty busy when we were there.They seemed about as busy as you could get for the amount of staff that were available.That being said, I feel as though they were understaffed.Seemed as though there were maybe 3 or 4 people working in the entire store.Eventually, we got the help that we needed.But it took specifically trying g hard to get a staffers attention... if not they seemed too busy to stop and ask if we needed help.”

“Great selection of animals and reptiles. Has an odor floors need to be swept and mopped. Bearded dragons are on loose substrate which will cause bowel impaction. Great place to take kids to “Mini Zoo“ feeders are expensive but okay if you run out from online sellers.”
