If I could give 0 stars I would im NEVER coming back to this location, I had a curbside pick up order close to 300.00 I arrive and I sat in my car for 20 mins before walking inside to get my own order! Walk inside tell the lady I got a pick up she points me to the shelfs and says should be there I look and say no its large items found it on a cart grabed it and loaded it my self! As a customer i should never have to do my own curbside pick up!!! You have employees for that! They are lucky I place the cart in the cart return! Not even 5 seconds later the cart return lady runs out to get it! How dare she this location has very poor customer service everyone needs retrained and trained on curbside pick up!!!!

I just tried to buy 2 goldfish for my 3 year old as a first pet. She was so excited! But the girl that worked tonight crushed my daughters dreams because she said the tank we had picked out and was going to buy wasn’t big enough and then proceeded to tell me that we had to buy minimum of a 29 gallon tank for 1 single goldfish. It’s ridiculous. And I’m so angry that my child was devastated. And then she told us to try petco because they don’t have rules for the fish they sell.

I will not be bringing my dog back for grooming. First of all I paid $65 and a week later he looks like he hasnt been groomed. While my dog was being groomed he peed on the groomer 2x and they called me just to tell me that. Ok maybe he had to go. I am quite sure he isnt the first or last animal to do that. Also he was supposed to get a nail trim and I dont believe that was done. I will be finding somewhere else to take him. Highly disappointed!!!!!

Well after reading the reviews I think it would be best for me to go elsewhere. I have an Australian cattle dog, rescued from living in the wild as a pup. He needs to be groomed but after reading the reviews I'm sure they could NOT handle him. And I'm not one to meekly say it's ok and walk away.

I went in there yesterday to buy a guinea pig, and they basically turned me down because I have to buy them as a pair, and not as a single like they are showing on display. If your not gonna sell them individually then you need to change your signs to pairs and not single. I am never coming back to this store. And I hears what the manager said, I don't go there anyway, you wanna band me from there, by all means go right ahead

Love the deals and prices. I hate that almost every time I try to buy a fish, I am met with 100 questions and most often told I can not buy that fish. I have owned fish for over 20 years. I have numerous tanks from 100 gallons all the way down to five gallons. I also do tons of research before buying a new fish, but I am never asked about that, or when I say that, I am still told it doesn't matter.

Came to the store yesterday to buy some items for our puppy. One of the outfits was too small. I came to return it today only to be told that even though I paid with a debit card, they could t refund my money to that same card. They wanted an additional card (credit instead of the debit that I used) to issue the refund. Needless to say, we will only shop at Petco from now on. What a disgusting policy!!!

It’s unfortunate that 1 employee is the reason for a 1 star review. The employee who works in the fish department is very militant and refuses to comply with customer requests. I tried to purchase 6 tetras and she refused to sell more than 3. Tried to tell me that my 36 gallon aquarium was not big enough for a single goldfish. Asked an absolutely insane amount of questions, saying I needed to cycle the water for 2-3 WEEKS before introducing fish (I had been using bacteria starter that said it allowed immediate introduction of fish for almost a week) and borderline demanded that I bring a vial of water to test at the store the next morning before she’d sell me more fish than she so graciously “allowed”, as if I’m incapable of reading my at home test trips, which is information I did not feel she was owed. Every single shopping experience I have had with her has been miserable, which is a lot being as it’s only been 2 and that has been more than enough.

We left our small, short-haired dog for a bath. You called an hour later to say he was ready. When we picked him up about 15 minutes after you called, he was still wet and his left eye had not been cleaned and was crusty. We did not feel it was safe for him to be out in this cold weather (temp 30*F) while still damp. He was on the floor on a leash so I didn’t realize he was still wet and his eyes were not cleaned until I put him in the car. I was very disappointed in your service.

My mom took her dog here for grooming and they cut her neck with the trimmers so she had to go to the vet. Definitely don't bring your dog here for grooming.
