Slow staff, 1 person stands and helps while the other stands by pizza totally ignoring anyone's needs. Should cross train and pick up slack when lines pick up not just stand around watching a co worker struggle to knock down a line in a timely manner. ?

The skinny guy that works their with the black face mask is one of the best Family Express employees I've met. Always so kind and friendly even when he's having a bad day. Definitely recommend this Express ?
