“We purchased a LazyBoy recliner from them this week, trying to set up delivery time my husband was having surgery on Thursday so 2 sales people delivered on Tuesday. My husband said it did not feel right and they came before we had to leave for hospital first thing Thursday morning to remove chair and bring in a new one.
