I have lived here over 5 years and continue to renew because of how great they treat me here. Drew is a great guy, and maintenance is always same day and super friendly as well.

I’ve lived here for two years at this point, it’s been great! It’s a tucked away quiet community. Anytime I’ve had any maintenance requests they’ve been out the same day and every experience has been kind and professional. Love it here.

My family and I were in a pinch to find a place that was perfect for our family. As soon as we met Drew, the manager here at Ashley Oaks, we knew that we found our home. We have been here for almost a week and we couldn't be happier with the service and the property. Thank you for the warm welcome to Lafayette!
