They remodeled all the units and are continuing to make changes for the better. They added a dog park, and a playground. They have so many things in the future that I can’t wait to see! The maintenance supervisor out here is so prompt and gets things done quickly! When he fixes something he fixes it. He doesn’t just half it. It gets fully done! “I rented a 2 bedroom home from Distinctive Rental Properties for approximately 2 years. My move-in process was completely online, quick and easy. Staff was always available to answer any questions I had about the property and maintenance requests were answered promptly. I work the night shift and they were more than accommodating to my schedule. I no longer rent this home due to building my own home, however, I would highly recommend DRP to anyone looking for a nice home to rent!”
