“This is one great place to live! Every place has their problems and drama. Not much goes on around here at all! Renewing Management has brought this place out of the slum that it was in. They remodeled all the units and are continuing to make changes for the better. They added a dog park, and a playground. They have so many things in the future that I can’t wait to see! The maintenance supervisor out here is so prompt and gets things done quickly! When he fixes something he fixes it. He doesn’t just half it. It gets fully done! Great property manager who is understanding and is very engaged in this place. Awesome job, guys! Keep it up!”

“Among several property management companies which have managed our rental properties, Distinctive Rental Properties is definitely the best. Julie, Dianna, and their team are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy. They treat our properties like their own and do a great job finding qualified tenants. They are also very keen and timely on necessary home repairs and maintenance. One time the furnace stopped working at night in one of our rental properties right before Thanksgiving holiday, Julie drove to Home Depot herself to purchase several heaters to keep the home warm while being able to arrange for the repairs the next morning. We were very thankful for their help and service. We recommended Distinctive to a few friends, and so far we have heard all good things about them.”

“I have lived here for two years and renewed for a third year in November! They have always been halpful with any tech issues and have been really good at responding to maintenance calls. The amenities are amazing. Currently writing the review in the gym offered here LOL! Great quiet place to live!”
