They immediately placed a three-way call with them, me, and my insurance company. It was settled in just a few minutes. When I took my car in for the replacement, the owner showed me around their facility and explained how the replacement would work. Their facility is clean and decorative (modern art gallery!) The shop and owners are great, and I would highly recommend them. 1st Class all the way.”

“Gave timely updates about our repair. It was a challenge however with our work schedules and the shop not being open later on a week day or on Saturdays at all. Because of our work schedules, our car sat there a few days after the repair was done before we could pick it up.
I also have repairs needed to other cars but cannot get in during the week from 9-5 to get an estimate. Short hours (until 12 noon or 1 pm) is the only recommendation I have. Otherwise they were excellent at what they do. The repairs came out great.”
