Had mostly positive experiences with the tellers at this bank but I do have to say Tim Kline is one I will avoid. He’s not very pleasant and he makes my banking experience frustrating and stressful. I’ll be skipping his line next time.

The customer service I have received there so far has been good, but the lack of ATMs has been a real inconvenience. Even if you use a "free" ATM like at Family Express, they still charge a fee.
